We provide a range of hot & cold finger and fork buffets for business lunches, parties, christenings, funerals, etc. We can cater for events up to 150 people. Our finger buffets typically include a selection of foods such as Spicy chicken drumsticks, Chicken & Bacon Twists, Mixed Oriental & Indian finger bites, Prawn Rings with Seafood sauce, Bagels, Fajitas & Fresh Fruit Skewers etc. These come on disposable platters with plates & serviettes. Popular cold fork buffets include a cold meat platter or dressed salmon and the hot fork buffets include lasagne or chicken curry with a range of accompaniments.
