Who are we?
In 1996 deWintons was created by Jacqueline Thomas, a young and vivacious entrepreneur in the exciting world of catering. Jacqueline trained at the internationally acclaimed Leith’s school of food and wine before gaining further experience working as sous chef for By Word of Mouth and for International Award Winner Anton Mosimann at his World Famous restaurant The Belfry. A recognized personality in the food industry, Jacqueline has enjoyed the experience of cooking on television, featuring on The Vanessa Show on many occasions. James Symington
In August 2003 James Symington joined deWintons bringing with him expertise and experience having worked with a diverse number of corporate clients. James’ passion for good food and outstanding customer service saw his relationship with the catering industry begin when he was front of house running a Gastro Pub in South West London. With the business skills and flare to succeed James expanded into the world of outside catering before joining Jacqueline at deWintons.
